OWC 2025 Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

<ul id="isPasted"><li style="font-size: 16px;">All claims made from purchases on www.oldworldchristmas.com must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and include the original receipt. &#xA0; &#xA0; &#xA0; &#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Depending on the circumstances Old World Christmas will either refund the card used for the order or send out a replacement</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">If the item was damaged, or broken, we will not ask for it to be sent back to us and it may be disposed of. &#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Should Old World Christmas require the customer to return a package to Old World Christmas a prepaid shipping label will be provided by Old World Christmas. &#xA0; &#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">All other returns will be accepted but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. &#xA0; &#xA0; &#xA0;&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">All returns must contain the original packaging and be in good condition. Once the return has been received it may take up to 10 -12 business days to process the return and credit back the card that was used for the original order.
