- All claims made from purchases on www.oldworldchristmas.com must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and include the original receipt.
- Depending on the circumstances Old World Christmas will either refund the card used for the order or send out a replacement
- If the item was damaged, or broken, we will not ask for it to be sent back to us and it may be disposed of.
- Should Old World Christmas require the customer to return a package to Old World Christmas a prepaid shipping label will be provided by Old World Christmas.
- All other returns will be accepted but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns must contain the original packaging and be in good condition. Once the return has been received it may take up to 10 -12 business days to process the return and credit back the card that was used for the original order. During peak holiday season, this may be longer.
